On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we are pleased to advise you that effective March 1, 2009, the Orthodontic lifetime maximum per dependant under the age of 17 will increase from $1,500 to $2,500 subject to 50% reimbursement.

We wish you and your family good health, however, should the need arise, we trust that you will make use of the Health and Welfare Plan accordingly.
